Clean and fresh, everything worked well, good size apartment, nice and quiet with a lovely balcony, and so easy to access - the instructions were so clear to guide us in the first day, and the mobile key through the app was super easy to use. "We booked a corner room. The first room didn’t have a great view, it was good but not great. Our hot water wasn’t working in our room so they kindly relocated us to a room viewing the CN tower. The view was awesome. I guess you have to be specific about the view you want when booking. We had a great mini couple vacation. Would definitely book again. "
