Housekeeping could have been better. Water glasses were not properly cleaned, a bath towel put in our room after cleaning was dirty, wash clothes were forgotten one day. Also, a problem with HVAC, was turned off inexplicably and had to call down to rectify.

Hotel Not Hotel Amsterdam
Very good location just outside of the City, but the tram stop is at the top of the road so it only takes 25 mins to easily get in. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and enough space for two people easily. Enough washrooms so that you'd never be waiting around for a long time for the ...

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Black out curtains / blinds made for a very peaceful & quiet sleep (esp so close to an airport)! Five minute walk to Schiphol. I would stay again.
