"So great and they jump started my rental within minutes. great location, wonderful breakfast."

"I booked room for 4 but i got room meant for 2 people. I had to sleep on the couch. Horrible"

"We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. "I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Akrotiri. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—they treated me like part of the family. "Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home."

"The pool was excellent. Bar & restaurant on site. Great location with parking."

"Great hotel with amazing amenities. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance from the city centre."

"Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back."

"Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!"
