"The airport shuttle was a Ford Escape. The door of our room wouldn't close and maintenance needed to rehang the door. The HVAC unit leaked water onto the room floor and needed to be restarted several times. The breakfast was poorly maintained, with no coffee, no hot water for tea, and no napkins. ..."
