"The property is located in a really bad section of Anchorage but serves its purpose. I had an issue with the shower drain, and then the toilet wouldn't flush, but the property manager was very attentive and quick to remedy the issue. His communication was excellent. It was just not the property for me, with all the characters outside..."

"If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go.
