"Puffin Inn looks great at first glance. But the rooms are substandard, and the continental breakfast was bleak. I found it insulting. The rooms were small and basic. It was also in a bad location. Upon check-in a drunk native came in and was showed the door. I will not stay there again."

"The staff at Motel 6 were so nice and helpful, they make this review 5 stars. It is a Motel 6 so the hotel is not fancy, but the rooms were clean and the bed very comfy. "Listen to the other reviewers and avoid the Ramada by Wyndham Anchorage. The area around the hotel has issues with a homeless population. There were numerous times when entering or leaving the hotel, a homeless person was in the parking lot or on the sidewalk near the entrance screaming or acting ..."
