"First the picture do not match what the actual room and place looks like. We thought it was a typical Wyndham Inn. It is not. They are very struck about the check-in time — we were an hr prior to check in after several hrs on the road and they would not let us check in not even a hour early. Even if the website states early check in is ok the physical place does not. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday were extremely rude and unhelpful. "Room was spacious and clean!! Got there late and left early . Was enroute to see our grandchildren! Breakfast was good!"

"We booked a king suite ahead of time for two nights. When we got there to check in, they said they had our room ready and handed us our key card, which had room number 129 scratched out and 326 in its place in a different color pen. When we got to our room, it was two doubles. I called the desk and asked and they said they were completely booked the whole weekend so they could not switch us either night to the room we booked and paid for in advance. They clearly had us in a room and switched it...

"Whatever cleaning products they use here, they are very strong. We booked and paid for a two night stay and ended up leaving after the first night because of the strong smell in our room. I would have complained but the front desk person got an attitude with me when I complained about the door to the room not locking. Otherwise, it’s fine if you don’t have sensitivities to smells."

"I found roaches 2 in bathrooms so and a spider and the toilet seat was not attached, very wiggles otherwise clean the pool was empty not in service but staff was very friendly."

"This is a very old hotel . The first room we were given smelled so bad . So bad that there was no way to sleep in there . The second room was better . The tub was dirty with hair on the walls . The room was really humid . I won’t be staying there again ."

"The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. Daytime and early evening staff were nice and helpful."

"I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. "Staff were nice; room not the best. Stayed for one night as all other hotels sold out for a Ball State event. Room clearly had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor looked not mopped well. Wore flip flops during stay. Beds were clean but not so comfy. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Slept, skipped a shower and checked out. It served its purpose but wouldn’t stay again unless necessary."
