"We were happy to be given a ground floor room as requested and an accessible room. The handicap shower chair was appreciated as well. It was a very nice suite with kitchen which we used a lot! We stayed at this hotel two weekends in a row for business in the area. Excellent location! We will use this hotel whenever we are in this area."

"Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The A/C in the room was not working properly, making it very difficult to sleep. We also heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The mattress was uncomfortable, and having stayed in many hotels, we can confidently say this did not meet basic comfort expectations. "My 10 day stay at PortD’Hiver B&B was a real pleasure. Great location, great rooms , great breakfasts, great staff, and quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever had !! 😊 I only wish they had a restaurant on the premises, but there are several within a short walking distance.
