"We stayed here 2 times over our travels 1 night and then 3 nights a bit later- location is brilliant to be able to get around. The hotel rooms and facilities are furnished well, providing comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast set us up for the day ahead. Rose and her team couldn’t do more to help make our stay the best, when you asked for something or needed advice it was immediate To sum up, this hotel was excellent and then the staff made it even more "

"Best massage of my life at the spa! Indoor pool was chilly. Close to shopping, grocery store, Starbucks. Interior spaces and room were spotless. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Enjoyed my stay!"

"We initially stayed for a couple of nights. Our room didn’t have a door to the bathroom, just a curtain, which I didn’t like. We had a different room the second time we stayed (after an overnight cruise at Ha Long Bay) which did have a bathroom door so I would recommend putting in a request for a room with bathroom door if you like privacy. Overall a great hotel though, and good location. Breakfast options were great and we also had dinner one night which was also very good. Special mention to Grace on reception as she was extremely welcoming when we arrived, very helpful, and gave us some tips on what to do while we were in Hanoi. 10/10 service from Grace. Other staff members were also very friendly and I could not fault their service."

"The staff was super helpful a friendly, and the rooms were clean & had great air conditioning. They did our laundry with one day turnaround and it was folded so nicely! Breakfast was great, and the location is good for walking or taking a short grab to major areas."

"Great for the price! Budget hotel I used for a few hours to take a rest and clean up. I'd stay here as opposed to places that are double the price or more if you just want to get some rest. Bed was pretty hard though. Everything else was fine."
