"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

"The hotel and location was excellent, my only concern was the price of the breakfast was expensive in comparison to what you can get a 5-10 walk to the square. The cost to use the spa i thought was also excessive 15 euro an hour per person and each time i checked it was empty."

"1. Opening your room door can be awkward. You have to pull before you push. Glitch with the electronic system I guess 2. No room service after 10pm. Limited food delivery options. It's a quiet town. 3. House keeping seems random as they miss days. In short, charming property in a great location but the laid back culture means that guests need to adjust their expectations accordingly"
