"Room and hotel was as expected. Cramped and bed is slightly uncomfortable but this us one of the cheapest options in the area (with parking!). I had to kill a cockroach however and the sink tap was quite weak. You truly get what you pay for so not really complaining here."

"Unique hotel, beautiful interior in a cool part of town with amazing restaurants and local vibe. Very comfortable (mattress from heaven), super clean, lovely continental breakfast. Will definitely come back! Small note: Weekend staff needs a bit direction as the hotel prides itself on customer service but we ran into few issues not worth mentioning in a review (took away from the overall 10/10 experience, but still fantastic and highly recommended."

"There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

"It’s not a hotel but a rental property. There’s parking in the building and I was guided through the check in procedure. Nice place, great price right downtown!"

"This is a good enough space for the cost. You get a small apartment to yourself, living room, laundry included, kitchen with a dishwasher and full bathroom. The location is good with quick access to Guy-Concordia. A few things are lacking: the wifi connection is awful. Come with a good data plan - you will not be able to use any apps that require location services. The Pierce team tried to assist this issue for me but we had no resolve.
