"We just stayed the night before leaving on our family trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus was on time and ready to go and dropped us right where we needed to be. "

"This was the second time in one week that my wife and I stayed at the hotel. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and wanted a repeat of that a week later. One thing about it was the airport shuttle which was prompt and no delays. There was only one hiccup on the second stay and that there was a clogged drain and water backup in shower which was a bit of a mess. The desk staff alerted maintenance and they arrived within 15 minutes and immediately corrected the issue. Needless to say we still had a good stay and will probably visit again when we are in the BWI area. "
