"Beautiful room"

"Honestly was pretty disappointed in the overall experience. It was just minor stuff, but from a hotel of this price-point and quality, it was shotty. The remote was out of batteries, the A/C would not cool lower than 75 (set on 68), the sundry shop closed at 9pm, rooms service closed at 9pm with no other options....was just one thing after another. Unfortunately, would not go back."

Had I known the hostel would be like this, I never would have booked three nights here. my stay, there were at least four different school groups of around 40 children or teenagers each. They used the shared kitchen in shifts, which meant it was almost always overcrowded. At times there were around 20 people in the kitchen at once, making it very difficult to cook or use the facilities. Afterward, the groups would occupy all of the common seating areas...

"We had such a delightful stay at the Channel Road Inn in Santa Monica. The room, the staff, the location, and the amenities were all perfect. We felt genuinely cared for by the staff, the property had places to eat and visit in the shade outdoors, and the included breakfast was so clearly made with love. Our room was big enough for my sister and I to share, and even though the inn was clearly full we didn't hear the other guests from our room. The self-parking at no extra charge was very...
