"La ubicación es excelente, el personal en su gran mayoría es muy amable y con buena actitud. El elevador presenta alguna avería y dificulta subir con seguridad, dado que sus puertas abren y cierran muy rápidamente. Desafortunadamente la parte del tobogán de agua no está en funcionamiento, que fué una razón para elegir el hotel. Sus camas son de lo mejor y la habitación fue muy cómoda. En cuanto al desayuno, es básico pero suficiente."

"Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad."

"Excellent location and the AC worked great"

"Cool location at the horse racetrack/casino. Clean but the ac is loud, there were other creaking and heater type noises all night, water dripping from shower (also ppl having sex next to us and casino noises ofc but a given in places like this lol) it’s ok for a quick night stop. "

"The room was dirty... couldn't walk on floor without shoes. The amenities were old. The parking was behind a gate, but the front desk made a point to tell me if we came in after 10:00, we could just push it open. We slept on top of the covers..."

"Smooth check-in. Gus at FD was very nice to deal with, he explained all amenities and where breakfast would be which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back again!"

"This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t receive the room I originally booked—instead, I was given a smoking room, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell that made the stay unbearable and even made my daughter feel sick.The room was also located far from everything, making it very inconvenient. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning."

"Nice quiet hotel. Rooms were clean . Breakfast had good selections but most of the English muffins , bagels and bread were old and moldy. "

"Our suite was spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was outstanding and plenty of options. The only bad thing was that we can hear a lot of noise traffic from the highway."
