"maho beach is in walking distance. 3 min ride to aieport. free airport shuttle service, hotel restaurant called salt breakfast was so good. nice weights in the gym. 10/10"

"Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars...

"Lovely little cottage and wonderful restaurant and staff. We knew booking there was no pool; planned on ocean swims but water wasn’t very clear and did not appear clean. There are better places to stay at similar price but enjoyed experience. "

"This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy. Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. "The view from our room was stunning. The gentleman that checked us in, the landscaper, and a few of the housekeeping women were very kind, but the remainder of the office staff were rude and made it apparent that they didn’t want to be bothered with our questions. This was the experience both in person and when we had called with a question prior to our arrival. When we did have questions we were greeted with an “out to lunch, be back in 30 minutes” sign more often than we were greeted by staff....
