"Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try. Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore. They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow. Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them. "What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"
