"It was very charming! The breakfast and wine and cheese selection added such wonderful touches. Everything was very comfortable and delicious. They easily accommodated our late check in and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We also loved the location! Highly recommend! "

"Victorian hotel with ocean views. Right across the street from the ocean. Open your windows at night and listen to the ocean and let it ease you into sleep. Take a short walk to Lover’s Point, the beach or dining. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Can’t wait to return"
"The room is good size with fire place. The staffs are very nice. Breakfast is the best and don’t missed it. Location is great, walking distance to Cannery Row, the Aquarium and Pacific Grove. I will definitely stay here again next time when I am in Monterey."

"Super ruhige Lage und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand. Dort konnten wir sogar vom Ufer aus Buckelwale beobachten. Personal super freundlich. An der Rezeption bekommt man kostenlos Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und Kakao. Den Toaster kann man dort ebenfalls nutzen um sich mitgebrachten Toast zuzubereiten.
Schöner, sauberer Pool und Whirlpool. Nie überfüllt. Insgesamt gepflegte Anlage.

Other than that, the place was quiet and nice. Although the manager told me they had no ice bucket or glasses, when we arrived, we discovered there were both.
