"They don’t give proper or clear advice on when is the last ferry. We did not stay at this hotel not that we hadn’t paid not that we didn’t call in time but we did all that telling them that we will only be back from the Ben Nevis trek after 11:30pm however they did not tell us that the last ferry to the hotel was 9:30pm. We called the hotel to inform them of the late arrival and all they said was thanks for letting us know and we will have everything ready for you. After the gruelling climb at 1...

"It was a spacious room with comfortable beds, nice linens and a clean bathroom. Did not interact with the staff in-person, so can’t comment but the email communication I received was clear. Others have complained about hallway noise, and it is true that everything in the hallways is heard in the rooms but was not an issue during our stay. Fair price."
