"What a fantastic jewel of a find! Gareth & his staff were so welcoming. Our room was one of the smaller ones but spotless & all we needed for 2 nights, with a great fancy, modern en suite shower. Outside caterers on the Friday night provided fantastic food & the Wee Bear Cafe provides superb home made fayre during the day. Would definitely recommend this wonderful place to stay."

"My husband and I were visiting Inverness for one night on our trip to Scotland and this was a fabulous stay. We were greeted on arrival with easy check in. The property itself is a beautifully restored old house. The bathroom and shower is spa-like, large space and great location (about 10 min walk from town). We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Staff were excellent, and very hospitable. The food at their restaurant/cafe was simply superb. The room was decent, pretty much as advertised. A couple of minor issues about the facilities were brought to the owners' attention, but otherwise, the stay was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!"

"We had a small issue with the self check in as the gate number provided in the email didn't work. I managed to ring the hosts and after a few minutes it was sorted and we were able to gain access. The lodge was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped for a self catering stay. Everything you needed to cook a meal including a microwave oven a fridge and a kettle. I loved the 4 highland cows in the field just outside the lodge, this was partly my reason for booking this accommodation. "
