"While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way."

"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). "When I arrived at 11pm there was no one to greet me (there were people there but not sure what they were doing) and when a person did come to check me in I did not feel welcome and it took a while. Overall as a single woman traveling I was not feeling safe in my first visit here. As a result I did not sleep well. When I awoke, the shower did not get warm after leaving it on for many minutes. "Front desk staff were very helpful. They had extra towels, an iron, etc. sent up when requested. I was told that housekeeping was done on the 3rd and 5th day of stay. We got fresh towels on 3rd day, but no sheet change for duration of our stay. Not very hospitable."
