"We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family."

"The elevator was out of action throughout my stay - not really a problem for me but I was told it was due for imminent repair but I didn't see any work going on. Room was clean and comfortable but looking tired. Public areas were looking tired too. Staff all friendly and helpful and the free coffee and well stocked mini-store were very much appreciated"

"One room was awful, stunk like mold and VERY musty, carpet was filthy and in 2nd room i reserved as well, GROSS!!!. Pool area was gross, water was ICE cold, walls by hottub looked moldy and dirty, hottub itself looked moldy around outside, was gross Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will not go back again. Price for 2 rooms for one night was RIDICULOUS for room conditions/cleanliness and pool area conditions also"

"Room was in subpar condition. We needed to use pull out couch, there was a sign in the couch not to pull it out as it was broken. This was after we were given sheets that the front desk. Door Saftey latch was broken, smoke alarm hanging by wires, living room phone didn’t work, peep hole was broken in inside and tp was shoved inside. No fan to vent bathroom. The solution for the broken couch was an air mattress, it immediately deflated was given another that deflated over night. Night person...

"Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price"

"Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say.
