"I was very disappointed with this property. It does not feel like a hotel at all, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The main issue is the staff. In particular, the evening service staff were quite unpleasant. There was one lady, with dark red hair and glasses, who was especially rude and unprofessional. Overall, I did not find the staff friendly or welcoming, which really affected our experience. The only positive mention goes to Alexandra at reception, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful — I truly recommend her. However, apart from that, the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired. For this reason, I do not recommend this place at all."

"Fab hotel for the money, we were all inclusive and the food was great and joey’s that had to be booked was also fab, always had a clean room each morning and even a bottle of fizz left for my Birthday which we assumed was picked up with checking our passports, lovely touch. Would definitely recommend Thank you."

"We had a wonderful time here. The pool area was divine, the roof terrace and sauna was great, the views of the mountains and sea were amazing. The staff here were all so friendly and kind, and it was a great atmosphere. We're already planning our next stay for 2027!"
