"We booked our non-refundable trip on Expedia. The day after we booked, we received a message from the hotel on the Expedia app stating that there would be additional charges of $68/day + 10% VAT per day. These charges should have been disclosed before we booked a non-refundable trip. The hotel was nice. We arrived to our room and the sensor on our front door was broken off. "Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

Pool and beach service: Constantina was amazing, but the other servers were nowhere to be found and never followed up. Avoid the sales pitch, not worth it at all."

"For the price and location its worth it if on a budget in the Bahamas. Its location is very convenient to the airport. Also you are able to walk to the beach across the street. If you are looking for fancy and very high end accommodations, this place will disappoint. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a coffee/breakfast shop in the lobby that was very nice."

"We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. A 15 minute drive to Clifton Memorial park offers pristine beaches that are natural and isolated. A 2 minute walk from the Villas takes you to a scuba...
