"Spacious room and helpful staff. Walkable to what we wanted to see. Lovely quieter area of Tokyo. We had a great stay and slept well."

"部屋に歯ブラシやカミソリがなかった。 残念"

"When we arrived, the host was super friendly, accommodating and patient. We came in December and the unit was quite cold and we tried to adjust. The bathrooms are shared, the shower was not but there was 2 shared showers, super cold area and floor (don’t think it was heated). Price, area, convenience, local eats very good. Be prepared for very little English. Thank you for hosting us , I would stay again."

"Has necessary amenities like charging ports, towels and toiletries"

"Perfect."

"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Room was clean and spacious enough for our group 6 adults and 2 children, completed with sufficient basic amenities and kitchen utensils for simple cooking....

"The towels smelled really bad The check in process was a waist of time The beds were stain with brown The bed smell like feet (Did not feel clean at all)"
