Hotel dekat Arboretum Halla

"Location is a quick taxi to the airport and close to many restaurants. Staff--and especially the older, taller gentleman on the evening shift--was very helpful, answering all my questions in perfect English. Property is older but well maintained."

"Staff very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to stay. Service with a smile"

"Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful."

"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests.

"Best location"

After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a...

"It was very convenient being surrounded by a commercial area, and the hotel staff were generally friendly."
