"We will stay here again as the hotel is a great location. Also happy with the restaurant choices.
I think the hotel fell short on some of the cleanliness. The big beautiful window looking out to the water was full of dust and spider webs. It could use a good cleaning.
Also the rugs in front of the elevators were badly stained and gross looking.
Customer service was great atthe check in and in the restaurant we ate at."

"I had a room that included its own private bathroom. It was very clean, well-appointed and a safe place to stay. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but that was the only real downside.
