"Residence Inn always delivers a diverse and tasty breakfast everyday. When you stay for a week or more this makes a huge difference, unlike other hotels that trot out the same BS day after day it definitely adds to the trip. On site laundry was a huge plus too."

"Housekeeping only cleans the room every other day. I ran out of bathroom tissue, hand soap, and Kleenex and had to go find a housekeeper or reported to the front desk. This is unacceptable for this type of establishment. There’s no reason why housekeeping can’t come every day to make sure the guest has everything that they need to have a comfortable stay. Without housekeeping, coming every day, trash cans are overflowing, which makes for an uncomfortable stay."

"In the room there were cockroaches and bedbugs on the bed, I requested the cancellation and they told me to contact Expedia, I contacted Expedia and they didn't help me at all, they changed my room and it was the same there were cockroaches, unpleasant stay, the help was only the cost of the Parking $16 ridiculous, to begin with for the hotel to attend me in the lobby, I waited two hours, then the cockroach thing happened, it was midnight and he didn't help me, exhausting and frustrating...

"I was checked into a room that was already occupied which was embarrassing for all parties involved. I checked into a second room and in the next morning the tub was clogged and the sink in the kitchen was leaking from below and water was all over the floor. When I went to the desk no one was there for an extended period and I ended up calling. Maintenance had the weekend off and the manager was not in. Nothing was done."

"Everything with my room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good as well."

"The room was infested with roaches and bed bugs. Roaches spread from areas within the room and on one occasion I witnessed a large roach crawl from the hallway and into my room. I purchased insect spray but they continued to pop up. I noticed my hands and arms itching with large red marks during my stay and now that I’ve checked out, everything is back to normal. I fear this was the cause of several bed bugs. Upon arrival the room smelled like feet and a bad odor I can’t place, I say all of this...

"This property is beautiful and immaculate, living up to its description. Our host, TJ, was welcoming, thoughtful, and a trove of helpful tips for getting around and seeing LA. He makes this place truly sparkle compared with a regular hotel, beginning with an awesome breakfast. Highly recommended!"
