From day one problems, I paid early check in, drove all night and went to sleep. In the afternoon I realized that I didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave. Went to the office, talked to Crystina de manager, she told me that it was too late and we will change rooms tomorrow.
The next day I had two appointments early morning, got back and talked to crystina, she said “l told you to came in the morning”. Not true. She was very aggressive and I realized that it wasn’t worth it. The next day the light in the sink went off, went to the office and told them. The handyman didn’t come to fix it till 6 days later when he just walked into my room when l was a sleep. I talked to manager why wasn’t fix before, she said the parts just arrive today, that’s a lie. So, I stayed there for 10 days, I’m 66 y/o, don’t have a lots of money, I had to spend more just because I didn’t have what I am supposed to have.
The manager, so aggressive that I didn’t want to argue, just stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide what they supposed to.
