"Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back."

"We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area."

"Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast. Didn't see an elevator, so used...

"Pool closed because they are just lazy. Lock on door broke. Moved to a different smelled like weed and smoke. Left after looking at other room. Stuff was horrible and rude. Wanting on Refund for one night we had planned two night."

"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"Let's start with check in, had to wait several minutes (5+) before someone came from down the hallway to the front desk. She was apologetic, friendly and efficient upon check in. Once in our room, it was spacious and clean, bed was more comfortable than most, the bathroom was a bit outdated. "Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."
