"We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. "Excellent location to Smokey Mtn Natl Park. A bit far for walking to downtown areas. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Microwave, mini fridge & balcony a plus. Vanity area ok for 1 person, otherwise a bit small. Breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, pancakes & cereals. If walking wasn’t a problem for me, I would stay here again."

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests."
