"Clean room, welcoming staff"

"Right off the freeway, easy to get to. Great shower head and main valve were easy to work with. Easy parking. Breakfast was very nice. Breakfast chairs were uncomfortably large, which made breakfast are feel crowded."

"Bed was upgraded and very comfortable"

"The beds were nice. The staff was nice but the carpet was filthy. No internet and no sopap"

"First impressions are very important and the Big Yellow House hit them all. Loved our stay, Scott and Barbara were terrific hosts. Highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at a BnB in Cedar City check this wonderful place out."

"The bed and pillows were great. The shower had instant hot water. The shower curtain was held almost in place with numerous assorted screws. The center was lower than the ends. Towel bar was held to the 1 x 4 on the wall with drywall screws. The ice machine was inoperable. There were places on the walls in total disrepair! The pool was under lock and key and not any where usable! If you need pictures, I have some."

"It is a nice motel to stay at for a couple of nights at a reasonable price (it provides comfort at a reasonable price). Bedding and bath area of my room were in good condition and clean. Innkeeper was friendly and helpful too."

"Love this place. Staff is great and it is a wonderful hotel stay."
