"Simply the best in Alta. The views of the mountain above cheat on you thinking you are at some Swiss little mountain town. The restaurant and bar are great, the ski in/out is perfect, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our second time at the Snowpine, and we would don't hesitate to go back."

"This was our favorite stay in 10 days! Everything is amazing! Clean, comfortable, so many amenities! We could have stayed a week! Beautiful patio with chairs to sit and look at the outstanding views! Wonderful, wonderful, restaurant on the premises."

"Owner was having a baby so lobby and restaurant were closed. Check in info was in an envelope by the door. After a 10 hour drive and no nearby restaurants thank God I had a couple cans of soup to heat up in the microwave. Our room was called the "Ice Cave" fitting since it was so cold! Room was so small it was claustrophobic. Congrats on the baby, but have back up to run the hotel please."

"I rarely write poor reviews, but I feel this circumstance deserves to be shared. We rented the property for two nights in September. Upon entering the rental, we noticed the floor could have used a more thorough cleaning, but no big deal. As we were settling in for the evening, my husband bent down to pick a couch pillow off the floor. Under the couch he spotted a mouse on a sticky trap. Gross, but we just placed it outside. "I wish there was a bbq grill outside,and also our condo didn't have a hot tub,a gas fireplace and more outdoor functions would have been useful!"

"Strong smell of something scented. Too strong. You can hear trucks/cars passing on the highway. Very loud. They did supply ear plugs but I could not where them to sleep."
