"The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic."

"Room was clean and it’s great for a stay with historic ties. The haunted rooms 24 and 27 probably should go on the Expedia advert. Perfect if you want to see all the Minuteman battle trail sites. Tuesday the Concorde band plays in front of the inn which is great for a drink and dinner. The aircon was quite noisy which made it harder to sleep."

"Staff was great! Very welcoming & willing to help. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! Will definitely stay again when visiting family Lowell."

"The bedding had hair on the sheets of both beds. The cleaning staff changed the linen & honored the rest of my requests on the card the next day. The staff was helpful, but the issue with the bedding really negatively impacted my peace of mind."

"We made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, but there was no available room when checking in and 1 king bed room was offered."

"Microwave and fridge outside my room unplugged I get renovation are in progress but why not say that on website only find out after checking into the room and no refunds even if you didn't create that issue."
