"I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time. 1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...

"It didn't seem like anyone had swept the room because of hair and dirt on the floor, couldn't use the kitchen because there was no pots or pans and I was not buying any. There was less outlets in the room I had compared to other rooms.There was 3 of us in our room and I had to beg for enough towels for the 3 of us. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn't open and the front desk lady seemed very mean about it.......she said it opens Memorial weekend, so I asked to verify also...
