"The room was fairly clean, but there were stains on the comforter that looked gross. There were some dead bugs in the room and hall, I killed a spider and another fairly large bug. Not the end of the world, but also not what I have come to expect at a hotel. The whole hotel, including my room, smelled of cheap cleaning detergent. I got used to it while there but every time I came and went you could smell it. The exercise equipment was average at best. One of the treadmills would almost stop when you ran on it (i'm 200 lbs). The staff was helpful and friendly and it was an okay stay, but I won't go back."

"The price was over 100 dollars more than I was quoted on hotels com and when I said something at the kiosk he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and refused to budge on the price. Other than that, it was a clean and modern room."

"When we arrived, we had to speak to someone who was remotely checking people in via a kiosk. Not impressed. We asked for extra pillows & towels several times, first being told it would be an hour, then they would leave them if we weren’t in the room. We asked again and someone brought them at 10:30 pm. The door of our room was barely secure. The deadbolt didn’t fully engage. The towels were tiny. There were no wash cloths, no hair dryer. This is an extended stay hotel, people let the access door at the end of the hall slam shut when coming & going, you can hear people talking and walking around in other rooms. It’s cheap, but I don’t recommend staying here if you like sleeping or having a door that locks properly."
