"The Hotel Mio is a great place to stay. The Manager Christina is great and if any concerns she is willing to help. Our TV wasn’t working and she stayed after work to personally fix the problem so we could watch Netflix in our room. Ronaldo and Miguel always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. "We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area...

"Very romantic hotel we went to as a family but I didn't know that. The location was wonderful, resort was unique, clean, staff were helpful and kind and the food was really impressive and good. We only walked through the nearby town on our way to the shoreline hike so no comments on that. Hike is a challenge if you don't have good footwear but we made it to the first beach and took a boat back. Their pool area is stunning and the grounds are very well thought out with lots of privacy.
