"This was my second stay at the Royal hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, shared bathroom is spotless, there is a kitchen for all the people staying, always plenty of coffee, tea and milk supplied and plenty of plates cups and cutlery complete with a microwave oven. Down stairs is complete with great food, plenty of areas to sit down relax while you enjoy a brew or two as I did. "Property location good , i was on 17th floor and the widow latches were broken on a couple of windows and therefor could not be sealed properly and hence allowed the freeway noise to enter the apartment , my only complaint . Apart from that it was good value , a bit more decoration would improve the premises also."

"I really enjoyed my recent stay at Quest-Maribyrnong. The serviced apartment was very clean and had everything I needed including a fully equipped kitchen and an in room washer and dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable and with the blackout drapes, quietness of the apartment I was able to sleep exceptionally well. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the Highpoint Shopping Centre! I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning."

"Good location for shops, entertainment and marvel stadium. The room needed maintenance and a better clean, mould in the shower and scrape marks on bathroom door. Breakfast was pretty average. They had a gaming room which was good but this needed maintenance, equipment broken or missing. Great view from pool deck, not pool weather but would have used spa if it was warmer."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing very helpful and accommodating. Always greeting you with a warm smile when you enter the hotel. Love the tap of sparkling water available at the back. Super accessible to most of the area, visited from Canada would highly recommend if you’ve never been to Melbourne before.
