"My wife and I have stayed at both Best Westerns in Kingman for the past six years. Usually 4 star stays. This time was different. Maybe just a bad weekend. Both ice machines were down. The room smelled like an ash tray even though it is "no smoking". The guest next door kept talking about fighting someone, anyone, he just felt like fighting. Maybe some parking lot security or at least some cameras might help with over ambitious guests. On the positive side, the property is clean, the room was...

"Bedding was a little uncomfortable and flat- luckily I travel with my own blankets anyways so it wasn’t a huge deal for me. On the other hand.. other guests staying with me had a rougher time getting good sleep. Not a huge deal but something to be mindful about if you’re adamant about comfort and good sleep!"

"Hotel was very clean and spacious. Staff was very professional. Plenty of places to choose from for food within 5min from hotel and not far from the freeway. Only complaint was that a neighbor kept their tv up all night, but that’s not the hotels fault…"

They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed"
