I booked this hotel last minute because a flight delay caused me to miss my connection and be stuck in Paris for about 30 hours. I arrived at the hotel and the staff was so kind and welcoming. They had warm tea available which was great because I did not have clothes for winter in Paris and was freezing! ...

The hotel is good, excellent area, everything is within walking distance and there are tube stations very close by. The only drawback I had was that the air conditioning didn't work and we had to use a fan that came with the room, but apart from that, it's a very good hotel.
