"They were painting the lobby the night we arrived and the equipment noise continued until 10.30 PM. The staff didn’t seem bothered by the inconvenience. I hope this is just a temporary setback. Breakfast was poor and the tables overcrowded. We liked the shuttle service and location near the airport."

"The property and the employees were awesome The airport shuttle scheduling needs some work.
The shuttle time filled up fast the you have to go to another 15 minute slot. By the time we checked in everything was full from 4:30 to 5:45. Our flight was at 7 so it made it real close. They need to run multiple shuttles if this is the case.
The rooms are way too expensive to not provide a shuttle to the airport."

"When we got to the property we could tell right away it was very worn and old. The room was not very well maintained. There was no shower curtain and it took us twice to ask for one before house keeping brought one to the room and finally hung it up. There were stains on the fabric furniture, the curtains were stained and had holes in them. It was dingy and old and was not worth the price they were charging. Canceled the remaining reservations and went to another hotel. I would not recommend...

"Don't rely on the free wi-fi; it frequently disconnects and we had to use our own cell phone data.
The HVAC in our room didn't work and was permanently replaced by an accessory unit. This was very noisy and when we set the thermostat of it to 70, it just kept on going heating the room until we gave up when it hit 80 degrees and we turned it off.
Handicapped stalls in Ramada's hotel parking lot (on Ramada's private property) were permanently blocked from checked-in guests being able to use it...
