Hotel is a little tired in places, but provides excellent value for money. If, like us ypu only use a hotel to sleep, I would highly recommend this place. A little way outside the town centre, about a 25 min walk, which is reflected in the excellent value for money. Hotel has a large car park"

"Our stay this weekend was excellent lovely spacious bedroom, decent size TV too! Very clean. Alison is such a warm and friendly person we liked her immediately. Breakfast was a good choice too. We will definitely go back again and maybe take some friends with us as the castle is great plus the town. Lots of restaurant's to chose from. 😀 "
