Floor was heated, including bathroom floor. "Breakfast was very good, self serve coffee machines were a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Happy hour was a nice touch and a good way to have a glass of wine and a beer and relax in the lobby. Rooms were very clean, although a little warm even in the cold weather! We definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Lóa and we will stay again on our next trip! The rooms are simple, comfortable and beautiful and very clean. "
