I was initially assigned a hearing-impaired room on the first floor with a sliding glass door that opened directly to the parking lot—and it was unlocked when I entered. "Lorenzo was amazing. He works the front desk and was extremely helpful and friendly. Traveling from out of town, he was able to points us in the direction of good places to eat. Text messages were received daily to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommend!"

"I didn't swim in pool much since it was small and lots of kids but not bad. Rooms were clean. I traveled with 4 kids ages from 5 through 10 and it was good. "

"For starters, they didn’t have my room that I booked online. They only had one room in the entire place, so I got transferred over to another hotel and that one wasn’t worth nothing. The burners were very very rusted which I have pictures of and it was also another room that I did not want. I had ordered a studio with a sofa, bed and 2 double beds with a kitchen well I couldn’t use the kitchen because the burners were severely severely rusted. I will definitely tell people not to go there."

"The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "
