"The room was lovely and had a fridge which was great and lots of TV channels to pick from. The only thing I could fault was the lack of toilet brush and the shower was perfectly fine to use but had only half of it covered so water got out when showering. Staff were lovely and the food was great in the restaurant too. The pool was a perfect temperature and had a really nice starry featured ceiling which was relaxing. The rooms were air conditioned too. I would definitely return."

"Very convenient for T5 and the pods to get there. Rooms small and our room smelt damp. Bed very comfortable Bar and restaurant very good but at central London prices came as bit of a shock. There is no outside competition however. We will be stopping again."

"Instructions for getting the Hoppa Bus back to the airport terminals were not very precise and there is no marked bus stop. Surely the hotel could put up a sign at the correct spot neck to the road !! Also the check in is chaotic / only 2 staff members working and at least 8 people in line for each. I didn’t try the kiosk check in but I saw several people try and then join the lines to see the check in staff so they really didn’t solve the problem!!"
