"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"The temparture in my room did not change when adjusted. I asked for assitance from the front desk. When no one showed after 30+minutes, I went to the front desk and was informed that she was the only person on staff at the time. There were coffee stains/spills on the counter upon my arrival. The bathroom mirror light didn't work. There was a constant buzzing/alarm noise in the hallway that went on all night and morning. The water in the shower was only luke warm when turned all the way up....

"I booked this hotel through Expedia, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked. The front desk staff explained that Expedia calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel. "It’s so beautiful and well lit. Desk staff very helpful and friendly for both check in and out. My room was GORGEOUS and clean and had so many useful amenities I would have never thought to ask for. Plenty of towels, great quality shower gel and shampoo that left my whole body so soft. Standard breakfast buffet spread you would see at like a Hilton/hyatt situation-yummy! Great frequent shuttle service. And only $50 incidental fee. WiFi was fast and free."
