"Fabulous food, wonderful staff, the room was exceptional in taste, style and comfort. Only downside sadly was single glazing and the noisy traffic. But a truly fabulous place with the best staff. Would highly recommend and hope they can get double glazing! "

"Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again."

"The room was clean but the decor is very tired as is the bathroom. Also the floorboards creaked an awful lot. I understand the hotel is being renovated I just hope it extends to the minus one floor"

"I was check-in relatively quickly and allocated a double room on the top floor with a view of the sea. The room had a fridge freezer and a kettle and 32" smart TV and a sofa, which I was impressed about for a two star hotel. Great stay and ideal location in the centre of Bournemouth Town centre. "

"Room was clean, bed comfortable, duvet a little thin. Water jets in bath needed a really good scrub…put me off taking a bath. Particular staff member in restaurant rather brusk. Walking away while we were still giving order….not exactly welcoming or skilled at dealing with guests. Breakfast quality and choice excellent. All other staff excellent. 3 stars to reflect comments above and price point. "
