We always enjoy staying at the Princess Anne whenever we’re in Asheville. The included breakfast is extremely nice and well prepared. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The afternoon wine and hors devours were great.

Excellent stay

Beautiful bed and breakfast only a short walk to downtown Asheville. The breakfast every morning was so good, it exceed my expectations. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. There are Tesla chargers on site so that was a nice perk. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here when they visit Asheville.

Incredible stay!

Beautiful, historic hotel. Wonderful location. Able to walk easiely to downtown. The staff, especially Jenny, were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the complimentary wine happy hour was a very nice touch. We will definately stay here again.

We had good communication prior to our visit and offered an upgraded room at a very reasonable price. Upon check-in, Justine was most accommodating and recommended a delightful restaurant nearby. We enjoyed happy hour wine and breakfast had several selections for all appetites. Highly recommend this charming historic Hotel.

The Princess Anne was a charming B&B with comfortable rooms, great ambiance, and excellent breakfasts. Each afternoon, the wine and Hors d'oeuvres was a really nice touch. The staff was exceptional. The only con was that the Wi-Fi was slow and sometimes flaky.

Vintage building conveniently located to restaurants and breweries in the area. The breakfast is top notch--nothing like the usual chain hotel fair. This is fresh made meals that are "gourmet" level. Also the happy hour has high end drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The value and character of this establishment is rare.

Incredibly charming location, historic building and excellent breakfast each day. Utilities and everything worked very well and did not show their age. My only comment would be that noise travels from room to room quite easily, but that is to be expected in a building like this.

The hotel charged me $79 on the level II destination Tesla charger during the overnight stay. This is an outrageous amount and I am a well traveled EV driver.
