Staff was great. Both James and Felicity said there was nothing they could do. I had to go through Expedia since I booked through them. Problems: Hot tub in pictures has not worked in over a year since the hurricane hit area. Problem 2: My room had an adjoining door to another room, not what I booked. ...

The Restoration Asheville
Hotel has warm, welcoming vibe. Our room was spotless, bed linens were crisp and comfy, quality of room decor was high and tasteful. Breakfast baskets were a delightful treat - very fresh pastries/fruit. Welcome hour with free wine and nibbles was a nice unexpected treat. Door men very friendly.
