"Everything and every employee was great. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and to be helpful. The grounds were very impressive. The lake is beautiful. I can’t wait to go back in the summer."

"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the door didn't work. The person that took care of the breakfast was extremely intrusive. He went around singing in a very loud voice, and would sit at your table uninvited and started talking to you! ASll in all a very unpleasant experience."

"There is no continental breakfast. There were seriously about five pieces of bread. Two yogurts. There were some cereal, but no milk. 3 k pods of coffee. I had to ask for more. One roll of toilet paper in the room. No extra blanket on the bed."
