"I was 10 minutes away from the hotel when a staff member called me to say that you were overbooked, so the room I had booked more than 3 weeks previously, was no longer available. "Was told the original room we booked (superior) wasn’t available so they upgraded us to another room, I don’t see how our room was an upgrade with a view, a view of the car park out of one window. Bathroom was very tired looking and dirty in places. My experience at the spa was a joke and one I wouldn’t want to be repeated. "

"The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit. We will definitely be back again soon!! "

"We stayed for a night and had a really lovely time there. We enjoyed their spa facilities and the delicious breakfast! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our 17 year old boys had tons of fun in their games room playing table tennis, snooker and giant kerplunk and also played tennis outside. We will definitely be back to visit! "

"Lovely clean room perfect for my family of two young children staying … Clean and comfy bedroom, plenty of added extras - mini fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. pool was lovely - warm pool and steam room/jacuzzi very nice. Tasty brekkie with so many options including a cute children’s table! Staff friendly and helpful and went to extra mile to make us a hot chocolate on the evening for our children with cute smiley faces on when that technically wasn’t on sale at the bar… We will definitely be going...

"Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. You had to drive under 5 mph to try to retain the floor of your car. The second was...
