We got access to a website translated to English with all the appliance manuals, but all the manuals were in Japanese with no translations. As well as the buttons around the unit. Also, there is no way to view television without signing into one of your accounts and many do not allow over seas logins so we had to screencast or use YouTube to view anything. "Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice. Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any. All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price,...
